What is an EPOS system?

Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS), sometimes referred to as Point of Sale (POS), is a combination of hardware and software designed to help you run your business more effectively. Where traditional till systems record sales, EPOS systems not only record this transactional information but can then generate detailed reports in response to the input data.

How does an EPOS system work

An EPOS system connects to the internet and integrates with payment providers to process cash and credit/debit transactions. It also stores all of your data securely in the cloud so that you can access it anywhere and from any device.
If you dont have internet connection on your site, don't worry.  Some of the iMin terminals have option to fit a data sim.  We offer multi network data sims that will use the strongest network in your area

What makes your POS system different

We do not operate a centralised call centre.  Our systems are provided by system providers local to your business.  Local installation, training and ongoing support is availabe as required.

How much does a system cost

The cost of an EPOS system varies depending on your system requirements. Due to the lower cost of Android hardware from iMin our systems are significant cheaper than a windows operating system alternative.  Systems can be offered with a low upfront cost followed by a monthly charge.  By paying monthly your new system is paying for itself as your trade, whilst not impacting on cash flow. 

Does your system have inventory control?

Ezeepos is supplied with our leading cloud back office.  Full inventory control is included as part of our system, which also incorporates recipe control, stock purchase orders, recommended stock orders and allergen control.  Full stock valuation and profitability is all included as part of our systems.

Do you integrate to credit card terminals?

Our systems integrate with Dojo / Paymentsense, Sum-Up & eMerchantpay credit card solutions.  If you are already a customer of one of the above payment providers we can probably integrate to your existing device.
